Location
This position will be NYC-based, but largely virtual.
 
Job brief
We are looking for a talented and competitive Customer Success Intern that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for firsthand experience with Customer Success/Account Management (CS/AM).
 
Responsibilities
  • Assisting the CS/AM Team with complex research
  • Shadow client phone calls to learn about the inner workings of the Customer Success job role
  • Add trending influencers directly to the platform
  • Work directly with the Customer Success Team to monitor client adoption of specific features within the platform
 
Requirements
  • Organized and punctual
  • Hard-working and motivated
  • Ready and willing to learn
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (experience with word processing is a must)
  • Works well in a team setting
  • Interested in social media, celebrity talent, marketing, digital advertising, and public relations
