We are looking for a talented and competitive Customer Success Intern that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for firsthand experience with Customer Success/Account Management (CS/AM).
Responsibilities
- Assisting the CS/AM Team with complex research
- Shadow client phone calls to learn about the inner workings of the Customer Success job role
- Add trending influencers directly to the platform
- Work directly with the Customer Success Team to monitor client adoption of specific features within the platform
Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (experience with word processing is a must)
- Works well in a team setting
